Palmiera Collective is a villa cluster within The Oasis by Emaar, a villa community built around a network of water canals, swimmable lagoons, lakes and parks on the western edge of Dubai. The villa with a basement runs over basement, ground and first floors with a roof level, terraces and balconies and a carport. It totals 7,879.72 sq ft in the Classic treatment, 7,914.49 sq ft in the Contemporary and 8,099.30 sq ft in the Chamfer. The plans mark the plot's pool and landscaping as the owner's to provide.
