Mina is a completed residential building by Azizi Developments on the east crescent of Palm Jumeirah. Azizi's factsheet offers one and two-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom penthouses, with private beach access and views of the Dubai skyline, the Marina, the Palm and Burj Al Arab. It describes Mina as surrounded by five-star hotels and resorts, among them the Waldorf Astoria, Anantara, Rixos and Atlantis The Palm.
The Dubai Land Department project register, as at 4 October 2026, records the project as Azizi Mina, number 1771, with the status Completed.

Azizi's summer promotion flyer for Mina, valid from 1 to 30 June 2021, listed apartments and penthouses from AED 2.6M. The smallest home on Azizi's unit plans is the one-bedroom unit 219, with a total apartment gross area of 856.16 sq ft. Over that area the flyer's price is about AED 3,100 per sq ft on BUA (smallest one-bedroom). That is the price Azizi quoted in June 2021.

Azizi's unit plans print three areas for each home: the apartment area, the balcony area and the total apartment gross area.
One-bedroom apartments. Unit 219 on the 2nd floor has an apartment area of 784.80 sq ft and a 71.36 sq ft balcony, for a total of 856.16 sq ft. Unit 115 on the 1st floor has an apartment area of 935.41 sq ft and a 791.15 sq ft balcony, for a total of 1,726.56 sq ft. Unit 116 on the 1st floor has the largest total, 2,535.71 sq ft, made up of a 1,093.90 sq ft apartment and a 1,441.81 sq ft balcony.
Two-bedroom apartments. Unit 107 on the 1st floor has an apartment area of 1,202.22 sq ft and a 548.74 sq ft balcony, for a total of 1,750.96 sq ft. Unit 112 on the 1st floor has an apartment area of 1,235.59 sq ft and a 719.67 sq ft balcony, for a total of 1,955.26 sq ft.
