Grand Bleu Tower residences with interiors by Elie Saab at Emaar Beachfront

Grand Bleu Tower is a residential development by Emaar at Emaar Beachfront in Dubai Harbour, designed in collaboration with the couturier Elie Saab. Emaar's brochure calls it the first ELIE SAAB designer building in the world. The interiors are by Elie Saab, and an ELIE SAAB furniture collection is available for private purchase.

The brochure describes views of the Palm, the sea and the sky, with glimpses of the promenade and nearby parks. It says the architecture evokes Miami's Art Deco District.

Emaar's Tower 1 floor plans place one, two and three-bedroom apartments across levels 02 to 45, and the four-bedroom penthouses on levels 37 to 45. The brochure describes open kitchens, living and dining areas with balcony access, and built-in wardrobes in the two and three-bedroom homes. The penthouses have en-suite master bedrooms with access to a balcony.

Emaar's Tower 1 floor plans give each home a suite area and a total area, which adds the balcony. Total areas run from 787.38 to 984.79 sq ft for one-bedroom apartments, 1,228.92 to 1,705.43 sq ft for two-bedroom and 1,939.76 to 2,454.61 sq ft for three-bedroom apartments. The four-bedroom penthouses run from 2,706.69 to 3,003.88 sq ft.

Emaar's floor plans cover two towers. The DLD project register describes them as Tower 1 of 45 residential floors and Tower 2 of 27, over a basement, ground floor, mezzanine and six podium levels. The register records construction from 10 September 2019 and a 100% construction inspection on 12 June 2024.
