One-bedroom apartments to duplexes and townhouses at Côtier House on Dubai Islands

Côtier House is a residential building by Imtiaz Developments on Dubai Islands. Imtiaz's fact sheet lists 137 homes in six types: one, two and three-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom townhouses, and three and four-bedroom duplexes. Most of them, 99, are one-bedroom apartments. The Dubai Land Department register holds the same total of 137 homes.

The register records the project as under construction. It was 43.47% built at its inspection of 14 August 2026, and its planned completion is 15 January 2027. Imtiaz's payment plan gives completion in the first quarter of 2027.

Imtiaz says the facade takes its curves from ocean waves, and the brochure places the building on the marina front. Its neighbour, Côtier House 2, is a separate Imtiaz building. The brochure shows terraced balconies stepping down to a pool that runs the width of the lower levels, and interiors with floor-to-ceiling glazing, including double-height living spaces in the duplexes.
