Côtier House 2 is a marina-front residential building by Imtiaz Developments on Dubai Islands. Imtiaz's fact sheet lists one, two and three-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom townhouses, penthouses and duplexes, and four-bedroom duplexes, 128 homes in all. The DLD project register records the project as under construction, at 16.06% at its inspection of 20 July 2026, with planned completion on 15 April 2027.

Imtiaz's brochure describes a facade of curves that recall waves.

Water on the lower levels. The brochure describes a grand infinity pool running the full width of the property's lower levels, with separate pools for adults, families and children.

A hotel-style arrival. Imtiaz lists a hotel-style lobby, and its floor plans place the clubhouse on the first floor.

Imtiaz's floor plans cover the ground floor and the first podium floor of the three-bedroom townhouses, the second podium floor of the one-bedroom apartments, and the first floor, which holds the clubhouse and changing rooms beside one-bedroom homes. Each plan labels living and dining areas, kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, dress rooms and, in the townhouses, laundry, maid's room and a study.

The brochure presents three-bedroom penthouses, one-bedroom residences and terraces that look out over the sea. It describes panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows throughout.
