Bayview by Address Resorts is a two-tower residential development by Emaar at Emaar Beachfront, in Dubai Harbour. Emaar's fact sheets place it at the heart of the island community, alongside the waters of the Arabian Gulf. Every home is fully furnished and carries the Address Resorts brand.

Emaar's fact sheets give Tower 1 356 homes: one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments with four and six-bedroom penthouses. Tower 2 has 308 homes: one, two and three-bedroom apartments with five and six-bedroom penthouses. The homes have floor-to-ceiling windows and full peripheral balconies. The fact sheets give the six-bedroom penthouses as 11,683 sq ft in Tower 1 and 11,738 sq ft in Tower 2.

Emaar's Tower 2 fact sheet, in a file dated August 2023, gives a starting price of AED 2.9 million for a one-bedroom apartment. The Tower 1 fact sheet, in a file dated June 2023, starts at AED 3.3 million for a one-bedroom in that tower.

The payment plan is 90/10: 90% during construction and 10% on 100% construction completion, which Emaar estimates for July 2028. The DLD project register records 31 July 2028 for project 2646.
