The brief
Azizi Plaza is a residential building by Azizi Developments in Al Furjan. Azizi's floor plates show studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments from the 1st to the 11th floor, and two-bedroom duplexes on the 12th floor whose upper level is on the roof floor.

Azizi's unit plans print three areas for every unit: the apartment area, the balcony area and the total apartment net area, in square feet, with the rooms in metres. The figures below are Azizi's, taken from the plans.
Studios. Unit 1103 on the 11th floor has an apartment area of 335.40 sq ft and a total apartment net area of 400.31 sq ft. Its living room measures 3.80 m by 3.75 m, its kitchen 3.80 m by 1.30 m and its bathroom 1.70 m by 2.40 m, with a balcony of 3.86 m by 1.54 m. Across the studio plans the apartment area stays between 313.49 and 340.79 sq ft, and the smallest total, 336.91 sq ft, is unit 934 on the 9th floor.
One-bedroom apartments. Unit 320 on the 3rd floor has an apartment area of 652.51 sq ft, a balcony area of 135.95 sq ft and a total apartment net area of 788.46 sq ft. Its living room measures 3.30 m by 3.70 m, its bedroom 3.30 m by 3.90 m and its kitchen 3.20 m by 2.10 m, with two bathrooms and a balcony 7.81 m long and 1.54 m deep.
Two-bedroom apartments. Unit 1001 on the 10th floor has an apartment area of 880.06 sq ft and a total apartment net area of 1,109.23 sq ft. Its living room measures 4.85 m by 3.95 m, its bedrooms 3.60 m by 3.32 m and 2.97 m by 3.48 m and its kitchen 2.10 m by 2.75 m, with three bathrooms and two balconies, the longer 11.17 m by 1.53 m. Unit 138 on the 1st floor is the largest two-bedroom, with an apartment area of 1,132.93 sq ft and a total apartment net area of 1,528.27 sq ft; its plan shows a terrace of 11.37 m by 11.60 m, a living room of 3.95 m by 4.65 m and two bedrooms of 3.65 m by 3.00 m. The smallest two-bedroom apartment area on Azizi's plans is 832.80 sq ft, for unit 318 on the 3rd floor.
The duplexes are on the 12th floor, with their upper level on the roof floor. Azizi's plans give each one an apartment area, a balcony area and a total apartment net area.

Unit 1202 shows a living room of 3.90 m by 4.07 m and a kitchen of 2.85 m by 2.65 m on its lower level, bedrooms of 3.75 m by 3.80 m and 3.70 m by 3.30 m, and a balcony of 11.70 m by 1.40 m, with an upper living room of 3.55 m by 3.65 m and a terrace of 11.80 m by 7.60 m above. Unit 1209, the largest duplex apartment area at 2,749.22 sq ft, has a living room of 4.80 m by 3.90 m, bedrooms of 3.95 m by 3.82 m and 3.75 m by 2.80 m, an upper living room of 4.55 m by 3.80 m, a terrace of 16.15 m by 10.50 m and a balcony of 15.70 m by 4.00 m. Unit 1220 has the largest balcony area, 1,841.49 sq ft, and a terrace of 10.50 m by 16.05 m.

Azizi Plaza — Al Furjan
A privately held Dubai developer, building at volume across the city and now beyond it.
Azizi Developments is a Dubai-based private developer, which describes itself as construction-driven and vertically integrated across design, procurement, construction management and project delivery. On its own account Azizi has delivered more than 45,000 units to residents and investors of over 100 nationalities, and has approximately 150,000 units under construction.
In September 2026 Azizi announced its first development outside Dubai, in Sharjah, which it describes as its largest master community to date.
Both figures come from Azizi Developments’ own public announcements about its business. They are carried here as the developer reports them — not an independent measurement, an audit, or a forecast — and they describe Azizi as a whole rather than this or any other individual project.

Azizi Plaza is in Al Furjan, which Azizi's brochure places one minute from the metro station and from Sheikh Zayed Road and Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, five minutes from Ibn Battuta Mall and ten minutes from Dubai Marina and JBR.
