The brief
Azizi Daisy is a completed residential building by Azizi Developments in Al Furjan, with Azizi's own name for it on its unit-type sheets as Azizi Daisy Residence. Azizi's plans show one, two and three-bedroom apartments on the 1st to 11th floors, with 12 homes numbered on each floor.
The DLD project register, as at 4 October 2026, lists the project as number 1572, developer Azizi Developments L.L.C, and records it as completed.

Azizi's unit-type sheets draw each layout with numbered rooms and the room dimensions in metres. On the sheet for the two-bedroom type 1 on the first floor, the living room measures 4.00 m by 7.90 m, bedroom 1 5.35 m by 3.85 m and bedroom 2 4.25 m by 3.65 m, with a walk-in closet of 2.00 m by 2.35 m and a terrace of 6.20 m by 3.30 m. The second two-bedroom layout on the same floor has a living room of 4.20 m by 8.10 m and a terrace of 16.60 m by 5.05 m.
Azizi's separate plan for unit L202, a two-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor, prints its areas. The apartment area is 1,407.38 sq ft, the balcony area is 985.76 sq ft and the total apartment net area is 2,393.14 sq ft. Its terrace measures 13.28 m by 16.60 m, its living room 8.10 m by 4.20 m and its kitchen 4.55 m by 3.35 m, with a laundry room and four bathrooms.
Azizi's floor plates show the building's homes numbered 01 to 12 on each floor. One plate covers the 1st floor and the other covers the 2nd to 11th floors, where each two-bedroom and one-bedroom layout is drawn in its B version.

Azizi Daisy — Al Furjan
A privately held Dubai developer, building at volume across the city and now beyond it.
Azizi Developments is a Dubai-based private developer, which describes itself as construction-driven and vertically integrated across design, procurement, construction management and project delivery. On its own account Azizi has delivered more than 45,000 homes to residents and investors of over 100 nationalities, and has approximately 150,000 units under construction.
In September 2026 Azizi announced its first development outside Dubai, in Sharjah, which it describes as its largest master community to date.
