One-bedroom homes. Each has one bedroom with a walk-in closet, a kitchen, a living room and two bathrooms. The type 1 A and type 2 A plans open onto a terrace. Type 1 B has one balcony and type 2 B has two.
Two-bedroom homes. The type 2 A and type 2 B plans add a maid room and two walk-in closets. All four layouts show a laundry room and three or four bathrooms.
Three-bedroom homes. Both layouts have a living room of 7.00 m by 4.5 m or larger, a kitchen, a maid room, a laundry room and four bathrooms, with a walk-in closet.
