Two-bedroom apartments. Apartment areas run from 1,079.31 sq ft (100.27 sq m) to 1,205.78 sq ft (112.02 sq m). Balconies run from 155.54 sq ft (14.45 sq m) on the type 02A plan to 794.92 sq ft (73.85 sq m) on the type 02D plan, which is drawn for the 1st floor and has a total apartment area of 1,998.98 sq ft (185.71 sq m). The type 03 layouts have apartment areas between 1,165.20 sq ft (108.25 sq m) and 1,169.62 sq ft (108.66 sq m).
Three-bedroom apartments. Apartment areas run from 1,456.69 sq ft (135.33 sq m) to 1,476.28 sq ft (137.15 sq m). The smallest balcony, 175.56 sq ft (16.31 sq m), is on the type 01B and 01C plans. The largest, 674.58 sq ft (62.67 sq m), is on the type 02G plan for the 1st floor, which has a total apartment area of 2,143.11 sq ft (199.10 sq m).
