Object One's floor plans carry three studio types, one-bedroom types 1 to 27 and two-bedroom types 1 to 5. On the typical floors the studios have a balcony of about 99 sq ft and the one-bedrooms balconies of 147 to 186 sq ft. The first-floor homes are the largest of each type, with balconies of 386 to 577 sq ft on the one-bedrooms and 1,297.06 sq ft on the two-bedroom type 1, which totals 2,121.66 sq ft.

A sky deck carries a sky infinity pool, a pool deck with sun loungers and a sky leisure deck.
