Tara Park is a Modon apartment community on Reem Island, Abu Dhabi. Modon's brochure places it directly opposite Reem Mall, with Al Fay Park, Sorbonne University and Repton School close by. This is the second phase, and the Modon documents for it give one, two and three-bedroom apartments around landscaped gardens, lawns, shaded walkways and a retail plaza.
Modon's factsheet gives handover as early Q2 2030. The brochure and factsheet carry no printed publication date. Their files were created in April 2026.

Modon's brochure marks a resort-style amenity plan: a swimming pool, padel court, open-air workspaces, multi-purpose sports court, adventure kids' playground, barbecue area, a jogging track, fitness studio, residence lounge, co-working and study zone, a connection to Reem Mall, a drop-off zone, an indoor kids' play area, a retail plaza and a nursery. The brochure gives the jogging track as 527 m long and also shows a welcome lobby, a social lounge, a kids' club and an outdoor gym. It describes a swimming pool, a dedicated kids' pool and a gym, and the factsheet adds a shaded garden lounge and a communal dining lounge.
