The brief
Samana Santorini is a residential building by Samana Developers in Dubai Studio City, built around a Greek-island theme. Samana's factsheet lists 157 apartments across ground floor plus four levels, with three elevators and parking included for every apartment.
The Dubai Land Department registers the project as number 2466 and its status as finished. Its inspection of 19 February 2026 recorded 100% construction.

Studios are the main home type: 88 of the 157 apartments, 25 of them with a private pool. One-bedroom apartments with a pool are the next largest group, at 48. The factsheet also lists balcony plunge pools of 100 to 180 sq ft and a pool cave.
Samana's floor plans draw the first to fourth floors, with the pool deck at the centre of each plan.

Samana Developers is a Dubai-based developer of residential and commercial projects. It launched its first project in September 2018. It builds in Arjan, Jumeirah Village Circle, Business Bay, Downtown Jebel Ali, Dubai Land Residence Complex and Majan.
In its releases from April to August 2026, Samana stated that it has handed over more than 1,300 units and has 13,000 units under construction.
Samana Santorini is in Dubai Studio City. Samana's factsheet places it between Sports City and Motor City.

Samana's factsheet lists 157 apartments: 88 studios, 49 one-bedroom apartments, 16 two-bedroom apartments and 4 three-bedroom apartments. 93 of them have private pools.
Samana's floor plans print a net area as an average size: 361 sq ft for the studio, 663 sq ft for the one-bedroom, 937 sq ft for the one-bedroom with a private pool and 1,303 sq ft for the two-bedroom with a private pool.
The Dubai Land Department registers Samana Santorini as project 2466, with status finished. It recorded 100% construction at its inspection of 19 February 2026.
Samana lists a swimming pool with a pool cave, a leisure pool deck, a kids' pool and play area, a health club, steam room, jacuzzi, outdoor cinema, barbecue area, a water feature, valet parking, and private pools and balcony plunge pools in the apartments.
