Samana Mykonos is a residential building by Samana Developers in Dubai Studio City. Samana's factsheet lists 198 apartments, every one with a private pool: 143 studios, 35 one-bedroom apartments, 16 two-bedroom apartments and 4 three-bedroom apartments. The building is ground floor plus four levels, with three elevators.
Samana's brochure describes a design inspired by the minimal Cycladic architecture of Mykonos, in blue and white, with a leisure pool deck at the centre of the building.
The Dubai Land Department registers the project as number 2561. At its inspection of 29 September 2026 it recorded construction at 91.12%.

Studios with a pool are the largest group, at 143 of the 198 apartments. The brochure's unit layouts show a studio, a one-bedroom, a two-bedroom and a three-bedroom apartment, each with its own pool beside the terrace. The factsheet gives balcony plunge pools a range of 100 to 250 sq ft.
Samana's floor plans draw the first to fourth floors around the central pool deck.

Samana places the project in Dubai Studio City, close to Sheikh Zayed bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street. Its neighbourhood map marks production companies, medical facilities, a convenience store, retail spaces, a school and a hotel nearby, and its brochure map names Dubai Production City, Tilal Al Ghaf, Dubai Autodrome and Jumeirah Village Circle among the surrounding places.
