Palace Residences is a branded residential development by Emaar on Creek Island, in Dubai Creek Harbour. Emaar's brochure places it on the island's promenade, beside the Palace hotel, and presents the Palace brand as part of the Address Hotels + Resorts portfolio. Residents have direct access to the adjacent hotel, and the brochure names views of the Creek waterway and Creek Beach.
The brochure lists 587 branded one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments in one 46-storey tower above the Creek Canal. The 121-key Palace hotel anchors the residences on the promenade. The DLD project register describes the residential tower as four basements, a ground floor and 46 floors, and a second tower of hotel rooms.
Emaar's brochure lists the amenities residents can use across the residential tower and the hotel: hotel services on demand, valet parking, a 24/7 concierge, an infinity-edge swimming pool, a signature bar and grill, all-day dining, a gym, a spa and a meeting room.
Emaar's floor plans give an apartment area of 612.14 sq ft for the one-bedroom layout, 953.25 to 953.79 sq ft for the two two-bedroom layouts, 1,541.28 sq ft for the three-bedroom and 1,894.34 sq ft for the four-bedroom, each with a balcony on top.
The DLD project register records a 100% construction inspection on 3 August 2023.
