Emaar's apartment tower on the Dubai Marina waterfront
Marina Shores is a residential tower by Emaar on the Dubai Marina waterfront, in the heart of one of Dubai's established freehold communities. Emaar's factsheet describes it as a tower of one to five-bedroom apartments and a five-bedroom penthouse.
Emaar's factsheet lists 437 homes in total, and its own payment plan and factsheet both price them from AED 1.5 million. Those prices and the payment schedule below are from Emaar's original 2022 launch documents. The Dubai Land Department's own project register records this building as active, with a completion date of 31 December 2026 and 87.18% of construction complete at its site inspection of 14 May 2026.
Apartment sizes
Emaar's floor plans give every apartment as a suite area plus a balcony area, with a printed total; that total is the built-up area (BUA). The factsheet's own marketing size range for each type matches those printed totals.
