Kore by Imtiaz is an apartment building in Dubailand, Dubai, developed by Imtiaz Developments. Imtiaz describes it as a residence designed around human performance and longevity, organised under three headings: train, nourish and recover. The homes are studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments.
Imtiaz's factsheet, dated from its file as September 2026, lists studios from AED 679K, one-bedroom homes from AED 1.1M and two-bedroom homes from AED 1.55M. Imtiaz gives completion in Q4 2028. The DLD register records the project as active, with 351 units in one building of 19 floors.
Amenities
Imtiaz's factsheet lists the outdoor amenities by level.
- Roof: adults' leisure pool, sunset deck, wellness pool, rooftop kids' pool and an outdoor shower area.
- Level 1: shallow water feature, garden co-working pods, interactive sensory garden, conversation pit, family lounge and lawn, harvest table with pavilion, edible garden, climate comfort garden, outdoor gym, playground, social padel court and sports lounge.
Indoors, the factsheet places Raw Theory, Imtiaz's training environment, and The Hike at ground level, and Raw Theory and a clubhouse on the roof.
Train. The gym is equipped by Technogym, with cardio, strength and functional training in one connected system. Imtiaz's brochure describes a Technogym check-up of six assessments: body composition, mobility, balance, mind, wellness age and precision training. The Hike turns the stairs into a fitness feature, with each step counted as calories burned.
Nourish. The edible garden and harvest table are described as a shared space for growing and eating food on site. The brochure adds that rooms are designed to take in daily natural light.
Recover. Imtiaz lists red light therapy, a sauna and a sleep programme. The brochure describes eight red light protocols and a timber-lined sauna. With Heveya, the brochure says every home comes with a complete sleep system of mattress, pillows and linens.
