Apartments and penthouses in a 71-storey tower beside Dubai Opera

Grande is a residential tower by Emaar in the Opera District of Downtown Dubai. Emaar's brochure gives it as 71 storeys. The Signature Residences are Emaar's collection on the tower's high floors: two and three-bedroom apartments on floors 10 to 30, and four-bedroom penthouses on floors 70 and 71.

The brochure places the tower within the Lakefront Promenade, above the Opera District, with views of the Burj Khalifa, Burj Park and The Dubai Fountain. It describes the Signature interiors as newly upgraded, with premium ceramic tiles, wood veneer and stone floors.

Emaar's floor plans give each home a suite area, a balcony area and a total area. Total areas run from 1,137.10 to 1,245.17 sq ft for the two-bedroom layouts, 1,861.40 sq ft for the three-bedroom, and 2,318.12 to 2,688.18 sq ft for the four-bedroom penthouses. Residents share an infinity pool and deck, a fitness centre, a yoga room, a kids' playground and barbeque areas.

The DLD project register records construction of Grande from 24 October 2017 and a 100% construction inspection on 6 May 2024.
