Palace branded apartments and a penthouse in Business Bay
Avarra by Palace is a residential tower in Business Bay, Dubai, developed by Emaar. Emaar's floor plans put the tower at 75 floors, and its brochure describes one to four-bedroom apartments and a six-bedroom penthouse.
Emaar names Palace Hotels + Resorts as the brand behind the building. Its factsheet sets this out under the heading "The Brand — Palace Hotels + Resorts", and its brochure markets the residences as Palace branded living.
Emaar's factsheet and one-pager both print a single summary table: 314 one-bedroom, 234 two-bedroom, 118 three-bedroom and 21 four-bedroom apartments, against a stated total of 687 homes. Those four rows sum exactly to that total. Emaar's brochure and floor plans separately carry a six-bedroom penthouse on Level 75, drawn on its own floor-plan sheet. It is not one of the four rows in the summary table, and Emaar's documents leave open whether it sits within the 687 or alongside it.
Prices start at AED 2.7 million for a one-bedroom apartment, on a factsheet and one-pager dated November 2025. Emaar structures payment across a booking deposit and eleven instalments, the last of them at the month it gives for estimated construction completion, June 2031.
The DLD project register carries the project as number 4227, with a completion date of 30 June 2031 and construction 0.08% complete at its site inspection of 10 June 2026.
