Address Residences Al Marjan Island is a branded residential development by Emaar on View Island, the centrepiece of Al Marjan Island's four islands in Ras Al Khaimah. Emaar's brochure describes a resort-style community directly on the Arabian Sea with a 40,000 sqm beach area, and Emaar's factsheet gives over 600 metres of beachfront.
The homes are one to three-bedroom apartments, four-bedroom penthouses and townhouses. Emaar's brochure describes the apartment buildings as having streamlined exteriors and large balconies facing the sea, and the townhouses as two-storey homes with private gardens.
Launch price. Emaar's factsheet, a file dated November 2023, listed one-bedroom apartments from AED 1.7 million. Over the smallest one-bedroom's 658.75 sq ft that was about AED 2,600 per sq ft on total area, suite plus balcony. The factsheet prints no date of its own.
Completion. Emaar's payment plan and factsheet estimate 100% construction completion for February 2028.
