Wynwood by Imtiaz is a residential building on Dubai Islands by Imtiaz Developments. Its brochure describes homes from one to four bedrooms, including duplexes, all delivered fully furnished, with high ceilings and large glazed walls. The Dubai Land Department register, checked 8 October 2026, records the project as under construction, at 16% at its inspection of 9 July 2026, with a completion date of 30 September 2027.
Imtiaz places the building on the coastline of Dubai Islands. The brochure describes a podium with an infinity pool, a sunken lounge, an outdoor yoga terrace, a clubhouse and the Whisper Steps, an amphitheatre staircase, and says the penthouses each have a private rooftop with an infinity pool, an open-air bar and garden terraces.

Imtiaz's brochure puts the building 5 minutes from Dubai Islands Marina and 10 minutes from Deira Waterfront. Dubai International Airport, The Dubai Frame and Downtown Dubai are 15 minutes away, and Dubai Mall, The Dubai Fountain and DIFC art galleries within 20. The fact sheet lists the beach, a golf course and a yacht club among the destinations 5 minutes away.
