One and two-bedroom apartments in a Skyvue tower in Sobha Hartland II
Skyvue Altier is a residential tower by Sobha in Sobha Hartland II, Bukadra. Sobha's brochure calls it one of the towers in the Skyvue collection, and describes dual-aspect apartments with the Downtown Dubai skyline on one side and the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary on the other.
The brochure describes a zig-zag facade set on a triangular floor plan, designed to bring natural light and long sightlines into each home. Sobha notes that the dual-aspect apartments are selected units.
The DLD project register, as at 4 October 2026, records Skyvue, the project that includes Skyvue Altier, as under construction, with completion on 31 March 2030.
Homes
One-bedroom apartments. Sobha's plans draw Types A to H. Type A is the smallest: a suite of 498.37 sq ft and a balcony of 52.64 sq ft, 551.01 sq ft in total. Types D, G and H have a powder room. Type G adds a store room and Type H adds a study room. Type H is the largest: a suite of 697.72 sq ft and a balcony of 127.98 sq ft, 825.70 sq ft in total.
Two-bedroom apartments. Types A to E. Type B is the smallest: a suite of 730.76 sq ft and a balcony of 108.72 sq ft, 839.48 sq ft in total. Type D adds a powder room and a store room, with a suite of 1,020.10 sq ft. Type E adds a powder room and a study room. Its suite is 1,389.19 sq ft and its balcony 206.13 sq ft, 1,595.32 sq ft in total.
Sobha's floor plans cover levels 10 to 21 and 24 to 39, and levels 44 to 58 and 61 to 76.
Amenities
Sobha's brochure lists these amenities, shared across four towers:
- Water: kid's pool, infinity pool, jacuzzi and a central water feature
- Fitness: outdoor gym, indoor gym, indoor yoga studio, circuit training and gym area, walking and jogging loop, yoga and meditation area, sauna and steam, and outdoor crossfit area
- Entertainment: multipurpose hall, open cinema area, open picnic lawn, barbecue area, party terrace and open amphitheatre seating
- Indoor: indoor movie theatre, library and reading room, cards room, chess and carrom, indoor video game room and teenage space, music room and art room
- Kids and toddlers: kids play zone and kids playroom
Sobha describes the amenities as representational and informative, and subject to approvals from local authorities.
