One-bedroom apartments. Total saleable area runs from 526.68 sq ft to 731.20 sq ft. The largest plan has a 602.89 sq ft suite and a 128.31 sq ft balcony, with a store room.
One-and-a-half-bedroom apartments. Plans run from 704.61 to 1,180.58 sq ft in total. The 1,180.58 sq ft plan has a 1,065.30 sq ft suite and a 115.28 sq ft balcony, with a study room and a powder room.
Two-bedroom apartments. Plans run from 1,005.24 to 1,337.42 sq ft in total. The 1,337.42 sq ft plan has a 1,103.52 sq ft suite and a 233.90 sq ft balcony.
Sobha's unit plans list views for each apartment by number. Units in 350 are listed with views of lagoons, the community, a park view, a street view and the Dubai skyline.

Sobha's factbook places the two sky gardens at levels 19 and 47, with shared amenities at levels 4, 5 and 6.

Sobha's factbook lists tower amenities including a yoga zone, indoor gym, library, kids' playroom and indoor movie theatre, and podium amenities including a leisure pool with infinity edge, a toddler pool and a jacuzzi.
