Sobha AquaCrest is a group of residential towers in Downtown Umm Al Quwain, Sobha's 25 million sq ft beachfront development in the emirate. Sobha's floor plans label each 1-bedroom apartment with a powder room and balcony; Type D adds a study room. Two-bedroom types are drawn with a balcony, most with a powder room. Each plan lists its suite and balcony areas separately and marks its sea, amenity or green view.

Sobha's brochure describes Downtown Umm Al Quwain as a new chapter for Umm Al Quwain, an emirate it recalls as once home to pearl divers and traders.
