Studios. Unit 132 on the first floor has an apartment area of 334.98 sq ft and a 91.27 sq ft balcony, for a total apartment net area of 426.25 sq ft. Unit 232 on the second floor has 333.14 sq ft with a 65.34 sq ft balcony, and unit 336 on the third floor has 327.22 sq ft with a 59.52 sq ft balcony.
Shops on the ground floor
Azizi's retail plan for the ground floor lists 15 retail units, from 353.66 sq ft to 2,330.58 sq ft. Eight are under 600 sq ft and five are between 1,000 and 1,500 sq ft. The largest is 2,330.58 sq ft.
