Studios and one and two-bedroom apartments at Candace Aster in Al Furjan
Candace Aster is a residential building by Azizi Developments in Al Furjan, Dubai. Azizi's retail plan puts cafes and shops on the ground floor, and its floor plates show apartments from the first to the tenth floor. The homes are studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. The Dubai Land Department registers the building as Candace Aster Hotel Apartments, project number 1738.
The DLD project register, as at 4 October 2026, records the project as completed, with 229 units. Its final inspection recorded the building at 100% complete.
Homes
Azizi's unit types show eight layouts: studio types 1A and 1B, one-bedroom types 1A, 1B, 2A, 2B and 3B, and a two-bedroom type 1B. The A types sit on the first floor and the B types on the second to tenth floors.
Studios. Unit 321 on the third floor has an apartment area of 324.96 sq ft and a 48.54 sq ft balcony, for a total apartment net area of 373.50 sq ft. Unit 711 on the seventh floor is slightly larger at 327.80 sq ft, with a 47.70 sq ft balcony.
One-bedroom apartments. On the third to tenth floors the plans give apartment areas of 647.05 to 665.30 sq ft, with balconies of about 100 to 110 sq ft. Units 116 and 122 on the first floor have a similar apartment area, 663.59 and 661.65 sq ft, and a terrace of 889.42 and 890.49 sq ft, which takes their total to more than 1,550 sq ft.
Two-bedroom apartments. Units 301, 801 and 1001 have apartment areas of 1,006.50 to 1,008.27 sq ft and balconies of 129.89 to 130.67 sq ft. The plan for unit 1001 shows three bathrooms and a walk-in closet.
Shops and cafes on the ground floor
Azizi's retail plan for the ground floor lists eight units. Four are marked as cafes, at 310.91 to 732.77 sq ft, and four as retail, at 1,481.82 to 3,116.95 sq ft.
