First floor: French courtyards, outdoor yoga area, swing viewing area, infinity swimming pool, sunken seating area, Baja shelf, decking area, jacuzzi, kids' playground, kids' pool, hammock and Zen garden, jogging track, vegetable garden, chess garden, cornhole court, crossfit area, wall climbing area and gym.

The sunken balcony
REEF describes its outdoor-cooled sunken balcony as globally patented and fitted to every residence. The overview says REEF built a virtual room to hold cool air in the outdoor space, using five years of wind data recorded every 10 minutes and a study of each building's and space's orientation. REEF's stated aim is outdoor use through Dubai's peak summer months.
