The DLD project register records the building as under construction, at 13.25% at its inspection of 15 July 2026, with planned completion on 29 February 2028.

Launch pricing. Imtiaz's fact sheet, which prints no date and is dated September 2025 by its file, listed studios from AED 765,000, about AED 2,000 per sq ft on the 401 sq ft minimum size it prints for that type.
Outdoor amenities. The fact sheet lists a sky pool, a kids' pool, a BBQ area, an outdoor cinema and sunken seating beside a clubhouse and gym.
