Golf Heights is a residential tower by Emaar at Emirates Living, which the Dubai Land Department's project register files under The Greens. Emaar's brochure describes one to four-bedroom apartments with private balconies and terraces, overlooking a golf course and racetrack, with a pool deck, children's play area, gym and outdoor fitness area, yoga area and barbecue garden.
Emaar's fact sheet, a file dated October 2022 that prints no date of its own, gave starting prices from AED 1.32 million for a one-bedroom apartment. The launch payment plan was 80/20: 80% during construction and 20% on 100% construction completion. The register lists Golf Heights as finished, with 100% construction recorded at its inspection of 17 June 2026.
