Aris by GRID is a pre-launch apartment building in Dubai South, near Al Maktoum International Airport. GRID's October 2026 material offers studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. It publishes starting prices of AED 599,000, AED 999,000 and AED 1,250,000, and a handover in December 2029. The developer of record in the DLD project register is Grid Horizon Real Estate Development. GRID's tagline for the project is "London's timeless charm. Dubai's eternal promise."
Overview
GRID says the name is inspired by "Aristocracy". The building stands on a podium that GRID's deck describes as a tropical resort with 200+ planters, and GRID's renders show a resort-style podium pool and an entrance lobby. GRID's deck presents Dubai South as a home for buyers working in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
The DLD project register files a completion date of 31 December 2029, which is the same month as GRID's handover.
Location
Aris by GRID is in Dubai South, close to Al Maktoum International Airport. GRID's launch material gives 10 minutes to the airport, and its deck gives 5 minutes to the upcoming Gold Metro Line station.

Interiors and specification
GRID's factsheet describes the homes as follows.
- Bespoke fitted kitchens with concealed handles and soft-close doors, a deep single undermount sink, an integrated fridge freezer, a microwave-oven combination, a recirculating hood and a combined washer dryer. The hob is 30 cm in studios and 60 cm in one and two-bedroom apartments.
- Bespoke fitted wardrobes in all bedrooms.
- Porcelain-tiled bathrooms with undercounter basins and frameless glass shower screens. Master suites have ceiling-mounted shower heads.
For the building, the factsheet lists VRF air conditioning, audio door entry, controlled access, 24-hour security, CCTV in common areas, TV and data wiring, energy-efficient lighting and EV chargers for selected parking. The entrance lobby has a bespoke concierge desk and polished stone flooring.
