Freehold commercial tower development located in Business Bay. The building is designed and constructed as a 31 storey high tower with 2 basements formed in a concrete structure with gray glass and silver aluminum exterior. It will consist of 266 units/offices The office units will be handed over as ?shell and core? to be individually fitted by their respective owners.
