The commercial Oberoi Centre has a GFA of 350,019 sqft (32,529 sqm) The office tower has a link at the podium level to the hotel, providing easy access to the shared facilities. The hotel tower with 28 upper floors and providing a GFA of 337,602 sqft (31,367 sq.m) will be run as the Oberoi Hotel with circa 250 rooms and 40 suites.
