Mixed Residential / Hotel tower development located in Palm Jumeirah. It is designed and constructed as a 2B+G+14 storey, built as a concrete structure with its internal and external finishes. The residential part of the tower starts from the 11th floor and above (Penthouse 4 to 7) while the bottom floors will house the Fairmont Hotel, the Ground Floor is shared.
