The Dubai Land Department register records Sky Suites as a hotel apartment building of 239 units, with a construction start date of 15 September 2023. The register's inspections recorded 25.05% in October 2025, 34.03% in January 2026 and 55.54% on 27 July 2026.
The homes are sold furnished, so there is no fit-out to arrange. Peace Homes' brochure describes bathrooms finished in custom-designed Italian marble and a fully integrated smart home system, and its fact sheet lists German appliances and Italian fittings.

Peace Homes' brochure gives the studios and one-bedroom apartments a private pool and an outdoor cinema. The two-bedroom duplexes have a private pool, jacuzzi, outdoor cinema and private rooftop, and the roof layouts show a roof garden, a plunge pool and a barbecue area with seating.

Amenities
Peace Homes' fact sheet lists more than 40 amenities. They include a kids' pool, aqua gym, gym, aerobic studio, multiple sports area, jogging track and mini golf, along with a sauna and steam room, jacuzzi, open cinema, outdoor lounge beds, floating sun beds, shaded pavilion and barbecue station.
