Samana Greenfield 2 is a residential tower by Samana Developers in Al Warsan, Dubai. Samana presents it as the next chapter of Samana Greenfield, with convertible one and two-bedroom homes and a pool deck.
The Dubai Land Department register records the project as number 4462, with 307 units in a building of 21 floors and a completion date of 31 August 2029. Its inspection of 18 May 2026 recorded construction at 0%.

Samana's fact book describes convertible one and two-bedroom residences. The floor plans show eight layouts:

Every layout except one-bedroom Type 2 is marked convertible, the one-bedroom layouts to two bedrooms and the two-bedroom layouts to three. Several plans open onto a terrace or balcony. The plans also mark the first-floor and typical-floor positions of each type.
Samana's fact book prints two schedules for the convertible one and two-bedroom residences.

Samana's fact book places Dubai Safari Park and Academic City 10 to 15 minutes from the project, and IMG World of Adventures, Global Village, Al Barari and Dubai International Airport 15 to 20 minutes away. It notes the planned Dubai Metro Blue Line as a future connection for Al Warsan, and describes schools, healthcare, supermarkets and retail close by.

Samana Developers is a Dubai-based developer of residential and commercial projects. It launched its first project in September 2018. It builds in Arjan, Jumeirah Village Circle, Business Bay, Downtown Jebel Ali, Dubai Land Residence Complex and Majan.
In its releases from April to August 2026, Samana stated that it has handed over more than 1,300 units and has 13,000 units under construction.
Samana Greenfield 2 is in Al Warsan, Dubai. Samana's fact book places Dubai Safari Park and Academic City 10 to 15 minutes away, and IMG World of Adventures, Global Village, Al Barari and Dubai International Airport 15 to 20 minutes away.
Samana's fact book describes convertible one and two-bedroom residences. Its plans show one-bedroom and one-bedroom plus study layouts, most marked convertible to two bedrooms, and two-bedroom and two-bedroom plus study layouts marked convertible to three.
