Imtiaz's fact sheet describes the first Raw District as four towers: Towers A, B and C hold fully furnished studios, one-bedroom suites and one, two and three-bedroom apartments, and Tower D holds offices, with retail and food-and-beverage units at the base of the towers.

Homes

Imtiaz's brochure describes the residences as fully furnished, with open kitchens, integrated appliances, smart storage, smart home integration and acoustic detailing. The fact sheet lists a built-in fridge and freezer, a compact oven and microwave and a washer in the studios and one and two-bedroom homes, with a dishwasher added in the three-bedroom homes.

Offices and shared spaces

Tower D is the office tower. Imtiaz's brochure describes modular office floors and a floor of managed co-working, with private offices, open desks, meeting rooms and podcast studios.

The fact sheet lists these indoor spaces: a residential gallery and lounge areas, a gym with a spinning room, cold plunges, steam and ice baths, a library, a design lab, co-working spaces, a podcast studio, a photography studio, zero-gravity nap pods and a majlis clubhouse. Outdoors it lists a padel court, a half basketball court, an outdoor cinema lawn, a family pool, a kids' pool and terrace, a playground, barbecue pavilions, an outdoor gym and, on the roof, an infinity leisure pool, a yoga lounge and a rooftop bar.
