Green Square is a residential apartment development by Emaar within Dubai Hills Estate, the developer's master-planned golf community set between Downtown Dubai and Dubai Marina along Al Khail Road. Per the Emaar brochure it holds 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, close to the 180,000 square-metre Dubai Hills Park. The brochure lists a gym, infinity pool, zen garden, yoga garden, business café and children's play area, and marketed the scheme with a home-office and small-business angle. At launch, a 15% payment of the apartment price came with a free three-year renewable business licence and a free three-year renewable family residency visa. That was a launch-period offer.
