Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City -District One West ? Phase 2 will be a gated community with a Signature Crystal Lagoon as a central feature. The development consists of 229 villas following one of the 10 prototypes. There are 3 types of 4,5 & 6 bedrooms. The community will have all the necessary amenities including clubhouse, retail facilities, etc.
