Commercial Resale
Commercial Resale Directory
Every secondary-market unit we are marketing, in one list. Each one is a resale, bought from its existing owner rather than from a developer. Each one links to its own page with the size, the tenure, the tenancy position, the asking price we hold, and the source of every figure.
What is on this page
This is the full set of resale commercial units we are marketing. Every one already exists, already has an owner, and can be inspected before you commit — which is the practical difference between this page and the primary market listings, where the unit is bought from the developer and handed over on a future date.
Each listing states its use class, its sub-community, whether the title is freehold or leasehold, whether the unit is vacant or tenanted, and the size together with what that size measures. Where we publish a price, a service charge or a passing rent, the listing also says where the figure came from and when — nothing here is ever estimated to fill a gap.
New to the secondary market, or weighing it against buying off-plan? The resale commercial property hub covers what changes when you buy from an owner rather than a developer — inspection, tenancy, registration, the VAT treatment and the transfer costs — with each figure sourced to the guide it comes from.
Building our secondary-market directory
We are preparing the first set of secondary-market instructions for this directory. Rather than show you an empty grid or a sample unit, this page will stay as it is until there are real listings to put on it.
Stock is live on three other pages today:
- Commercial property deals — the primary market, bought from the developer, with offices and retail listed separately.
- Distress deals — motivated sellers and below-market resale, sourced off-market.
- Commercial buildings — the building-by-building directory, for when you know the tower before you know the unit.
Tell us the size, the area and the use you need and we will come back when it comes up.
