Developer News
Dubai developer news
Launches, price moves, cancellations, new inventory, handovers and investor events — collected from developer announcements as they come in, and written up in one line each.
Everything we have logged
The homepage carries the newest few, one line each. This is the whole feed in full, a day at a time: the most recent day we hold is open below, and you can step back and forward through the days behind it. Every entry shows everything recorded against it — the developer, the project, where it is, when it was announced in Dubai time, and the pricing and payment terms where those were given. Filter it by what kind of update it is, or by the developer behind it.
Updated twice daily from developer announcements. Each entry reproduces what was announced and nothing more — a detail the announcement did not give is left off rather than filled in. Always confirm terms, pricing and availability with us before you act on one.

Where Dubai developer news comes from
This page is the whole of the Dubai developer news we log, and every entry on it begins as an announcement from the developer behind the project — a launch notice, a revised price list or payment plan, a further release of inventory, a handover, a withdrawal, or an invitation to a preview. We collect those announcements as they are issued, type each one, and reproduce what it said: the developer, the project, where it is, when it was announced in Dubai time, and the pricing and payment terms where the announcement carried them. Nothing is summarised into a claim the announcement did not make, and no figure is carried across from an earlier release to complete a line.
An announcement tells you what a developer intends. The register tells you what actually happened, and the two are worth reading together. When a launch here interests you, take the project name to the off-plan directory and look at what has been recorded against it — the sales registered, the unit count, and the median AED per square foot the Land Department holds — before you decide the launch price is a good one. A price list is the seller’s number; a registered transaction is evidence. Where the project itself is too new to have registered sales, the comparable worth reading is the same developer’s last completed building in the same district.
When an entry matters to you, say so early rather than after the release day. We can confirm the terms with the developer, read the register on the project and the builder behind it, and put you in ahead of allocation — and because we act for the buyer, the check we run is the one you would run yourself if you had the register open in front of you.
What each label means
Every entry is typed, and the type is the fastest way to find the ones that matter to you. A launch and a cancellation are both news; they are not the same opportunity, and they do not move at the same speed.
- Launch
A new project or a new phase opening for registration or for sale.
- Price Change
A change to published pricing or to the payment plan on a project already in the market.
- Cancellation
Units returning to the market from a lapsed booking, or a release the developer has withdrawn.
- Inventory
A further tranche of units released on a project already selling.
- Handover
A project or building reaching handover, and keys going to owners.
- Event
A preview, roadshow or broker session tied to a specific project.
- Project Update
Progress on a named project — construction, approvals, timing — with nothing on sale.
- Market Update
A developer statement about the wider market rather than about one project.
An item marked Hot is one the desk flagged as time-sensitive when it was logged. It is a note on urgency, not a recommendation — the decision still needs the numbers behind it. You will not see the marker on every batch: when a batch arrives with everything flagged the same way the flag distinguishes nothing, so we leave it off rather than print it on all of them.
From an announcement to a decision
A feed tells you something happened. These two pages tell you what to do about it and what the register says about the project behind it.
